Groups

Players will be able to form groups/parties in Stars Reach, whether with real-life friends, guildmates, or online acquaintances. Grouping can provide many benefits, including synergies when grouped with players possessing different skills and professions.

"Moving to group play should be more of a crossgrade — group play is a function of trust, and people have limited budgets of trust. So it needs to be something that you opt into, not that is required. That said, that’s why we try to have lots of low-trust mechanisms for group play, too."
